FAQ:

My pages always have very big spaces between paragraphs when i use HTML-Tags in the Wiki-editor

Answer:

The problem is very easy to understand if you think about how TWiki parses your pages.

Every empty line in the file is parsed as a paragraph-delimeter. Most likely you have pretty-printed (formated to be readable) your HTML-code and inserted one or more empty lines after each paragraph- and line-break tag. And guess what, additional to the existing HTML-tags the TWiki-parser adds a paragraph-delimeter for every empty line you have in your code...

Solution: Either do not put empty lines into HTML-code, use only Wiki-code instead of HTML, or watch out exactly when to use what.
