Included a first test-version of Mini-Url. This is like tinyurl, but our very own. Not yet fully incorporated into the Wiki, but it seems to work so far.

Fixed RSS-Stream and got Mail-Notify working. Mails now even feature a nice plain-text instead of bloody html :-)

They may be some small issues yet remaining, but the site is quite functional again.

Yeah, we got a problem. Somehow, an antique AlphaStation with only 64MB Ram doesn't seem to run smoothly with our additional swap-space. Fixed...
